Kantor Jasa Penilai Publik Martokoesoemo Pakpahan & Rekan (“KJPP MPR”) was established as a partnership in late 2007 due to changes in policy implemented by the  Indonesian Securities & Supervisory Board (formerly BAPEPAM-LK) allowing only individual partnership as an appraiser for the capital Market. Before becoming a partnership, KJPP MPR was a limited company under the name of PT AAJ Penilai, so all work experiences and Appraisal Team, both business and assets moved to KJPP MPR.
